I could tell it was of a higher quality standard when I first removed it from it's box. And after using it one day I can say my little one put it to the test and it does its job very well. It actually HOLDS the mess, it doesn't spill around the edges the way other brands/types do. Only 5 min and I was able to get my child out of the seat too. Thought it was supposed to be waterproof. Some urine went through the buckle area also.
